As a part of our mission of restoring confidence and empowering bodies and voices through artistic practice, pedagogics and education, we  offer individual relaxation massages that can be combined with the benefits of an ASMR-tailored sound work. It's up to you!
Fabíola combines techniques learnt while working at a Spa in the North of Portugal many years ago, along with her Doula training with Dona International (see CV), as a REIKI 3b practicioner and Master, and her wide experience mentoring and guiding performers into their more visceral and ecstatic states.
